"Other renowned tyrants to wear the moustache have included Augusto Pinochet (President of Chile), Jean Bedel Bokassa (Emperor of the Central African Empire), George Palpadopoulos (the Prime Minister of Turkey), Turgat Ozal (Prime Minister of Greece), Colonel Hugo Banzer (President of Bolivia), General Jorge Rafael Videla (President of Argentina), Vinicio Cerezo, (President of Guatemala), Alfredo Cristiani (President of El Salvador), Sir Hassanai Bolkiah (The Sultan of Brunei), General Sitiveni Rabuka (Commander of the armed forces of Fiji), Chiang Kai Shek (President of Taiwan), Ngo Dinh Diem (President of South Vietnam), Mohammed Zia Ul Haq (President of Pakistan) and Jean Claude ‘Baby Doc’ Duvalier (President of Haiti).
Evidently, Totalitarianism and the moustache walk hand in hand along the path of history.
But never has the moustache been so hated, so symbolic of dictatorship as in the case of Iraq. ..." http://www.hackwriters.com/moustacheconspiracy.htm

What i would say is:
Frank caught a huge fish and the fish have very cute misai and was glad to be caught by Frank. (not all fish would think that as this fish have a motive but Frank doesn't know it.)

So Frank happily bring the fish bermisai back home to cook. (Is it weird that tupai eats fish when they collect nuts?) Back to the story, as Frank was cutting the fish which have the skeleton looks of a human, it was taking him a long time and he was getting frustrated.

Finally, he cut through the skeleton and as he was about to get to the flesh, pops out a tiny mini me of the big misai fish. He was surprised and at the same time he got mad. Frank wanted to kill the little misai fish but missed.

The little fish jump out from the big fish and splated itself on the wall leaving his blood mark. When Frank saw the mark, he didn't realise he was already going through a transformation. He had misai on his face which looks exactly like the big and little fish.

The power of the fish is able to change the physical appears whoever catches it and slices it.
The moral is: Small things can change a person life, doesnt matter if its physically, mentally or spritually.

wah. great interpretation of something so simple. I agree. It's about the unexpected leaving a mark behind in us.

quite right. the key point has to be that. how something seemingly simple may actually leave an indelible mark/effect on us.
